From there, the $2,500 paid Operations Review covers three steps: a 1-2 hour Focusing Call to align scope, two weeks of Knowledge Extraction (interviews, document review, workflow mapping, system inspection), and a 1-2 hour Findings Review where you receive a written report covering company analysis, ranked areas of improvement with supporting evidence, and a written action plan.
After the Findings Review, three paths open. In-House: take the action plan and run with it yourself — no ongoing relationship after delivery, no further fee. On-Demand: hourly expert help for implementation support, tool setup, and team training, billed hourly. Partnership: GuildHall stays on as your operating partner, month to month.
