GuildHall started from a simple observation: the tools exist. The gap is mapping. The Audit comes before any implementation work. No project starts without a dollar-quantified case for why it's worth doing. This protects your budget and keeps us honest.

The Audit is a standalone engagement. You receive the report, the findings, and the roadmap. Then you decide what to do with it — with us, without us, or on your own timeline.
