About GuildHall
Why GuildHall Exists
Local business owners are being sold new tools — AI most of all — faster than anyone on their team can evaluate them. Vendors promise transformation. The actual result is another monthly subscription that doesn't get used, and a team that's skeptical of the next pitch because the last three didn't deliver.
GuildHall started from a simple observation: the tools exist. The gap is keeping track of them. Nobody on your team has "watch what's changing and figure out what's worth our time" in their job description. We do. We learn how your business actually runs first, then tell you which of the tools out there would genuinely save you time or money. The Operations Review is the mechanism. The report is the answer. What happens next is up to you.
The Team
Kyle Haworth
Co-Founder
Kyle Haworth is a co-founder of GuildHall, where he helps owner-led businesses solve operational challenges through smart use of technology. With over 15 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and federal contracts in technology, operations, and administration, he brings enterprise-level rigor to businesses that need it most. Kyle co-founded GuildHall to make that same operational excellence accessible to the owners running them.
Chris Lozo
Co-Founder
Chris Lozo is a co-founder of GuildHall, where he helps business owners figure out which technology is worth their time — and which isn't. An Army veteran with over a decade of experience spanning military logistics, healthcare technology, and enterprise data and analytics — and, most recently, applied AI research — he's built his career on stepping into unfamiliar systems and making them run better. Chris co-founded GuildHall to bring that same clarity to owners who don't have anyone whose job is to watch the technology landscape for them.
How We Work
Outcome-first, always.
We measure success in dollars recovered, hours freed, or risks avoided — not in tools installed or features shipped. If a new tool can't be tied to a real operational gain, we won't recommend it.
We quantify it before we build it.
The Operations Review comes before any implementation work. No project starts without a dollar-quantified case for why it's worth doing. This protects your budget and keeps us honest.
No lock-in until you've seen the findings.
The Operations Review is a standalone engagement. You receive the report, the findings, and the roadmap. Then you decide what to do with it — with us, without us, or on your own timeline.
