Every GuildHall client travels the same path through the audit. The engagement begins with a free 30-minute Discovery Call to determine fit. From there, the $2,500 Paid Audit covers three steps: a 1-2 hour Focusing Call to align scope, two weeks of Knowledge Extraction (interviews, document review, workflow mapping, system inspection), and a 90-minute Findings Review where you receive a written report covering company analysis, ranked areas of improvement with supporting evidence, and a written action plan.
After the Findings Review, three paths open. Path A (DIY): Take the action plan and run with it in-house — no ongoing relationship after delivery. Path B (Advisory): Hourly expert help for implementation support, tool setup, and team training. Path C (Managed Service): GuildHall stays on as your embedded operating partner with an AI assistant tuned to your workflows, monthly working hours, proactive opportunity scouting, and ongoing tech upgrades.
